Clinical Supervision

Purpose/Goals:

  • Discuss supportive supervisory practices and effective supervisor-staff relationships
  • Describe how to use self-awareness, collaboration, reflection and flexible responses as tools to manage stress and build trust among your staff
  • Identify common issues among and between clinical supervisors in the Help Me Grow system
  • Discuss the features of effective supervision, documentation and quality assurance in a home visiting program
     
Who should attend?
Attendance is highly encouraged for all Clinical Supervisors and Project Directors.
 
 

This workshop is sponsored through funding provided by the Bureau of Early Intervention Services (BEIS) of the Ohio Department of Health and is presented by the Family Child Learning Center.

To register online, please fill out this form. Please submit each individual separately. When you have filled in all of the required information, click on the Submit button to send it. Remember, your registration is NOT confirmed until you have received an E-mail confirmation from the Family Child Learning Center. A letter and map with directions to the training location will be mailed to all participants close to the training date.
