to assist and support families and children throughout all phases of the
Help Me Grow system
- Identify mandated responsibilities of
Service Coordinators
- Define differences between child-focused
and family-focused services
- Describe what Service Coordinators do on
a day-to-day basis
- Discuss challenges of service
coordination and strategies
to overcome them
- Describe the impacts of good service
coordination on families

requirement for Clinical Supervisors of Service Coordinators, Project
Directors and Service Coordinators.
